Raul Melgoza?of Luca Luca was born and raised in Los Angeles. After graduating from University of Southern California, he later went to Parsons School of Design. A?ten day cruise to Sydney inspired Melgoza to brighten up his Spring 2011 collection. The collection featured playful prints, arial halters, white cotton-burnout shorts, fluid dresses and blazers with an All-American spirit.
