With a romantic and whimsical theme, Jill Stuart showcased her spring collection with pleats, lace, and a shower of ruffles. Some looks that were a bit different from the rest was a sleek modern silk tuxedo and a navy cape with emphasized shoulders. Sticking with a neutral color palette without much deviation, created a cohesive collection.
